Snow, ice, winter white!

The wonderful winter sun makes the snow-covered ground sparkle. Our area offers fantastic lifts and ski slopes on the Gitschberg Jochtal, our “house” mountain for young and old winter sports fans alike.
There are also perfect skiing areas and excellent views of the Dolomites in the Upper Pustertal in the Dolomiti Superski areas, which can be reached by car in approx. 40 minutes. Snowshoe walks through the snowy landscapes of the region, as well as cross-country skiing and tobogganing, offer peace, fun and unique experiences.
And how about ice skating in the open air? It’s possible in Vals, Meransen and Pfunders! And ice climbing is another activity that should not be forgotten. The Pfunderertal is one of the best areas to learn the spectacular sport of waterfall climbing.
